FOREWORD ‘Will a virtual reality destroy belief or renew it?’ If technological issues are not reflected in the Holy Books, the books would remain entangled in everyday sociological issues and lose their status of being the Theory of Everything and the books of all times. If indeed, the technological issues are addressed, it opens a passage from a Sociological God to a Technological God and to the renewal of belief through science. Since the very beginning, mankind who observed the universe with its exceptional grandeur and diversity made assumptions relating to religious and scientific scenarios of creation. The assumptions that “it is not possible that man, or a group of men, created the universe” and “everything I touch, see or in short, perceive is real” are valid even today. A period in which mankind believes that he did not create the universe, whose existence he does not doubt, is a period of some-what calm. The opposite turns the old and deep consciousness into doubt, resulting in real chaos. Those who, inspired by the physical space man takes up on earth, or the space earth takes up in space say: “We are a mere drop in the ocean,” similarly say to those who want to reach the information concerning that divine puzzle that is the beginning of the universe: “what we know does not even constitute a dot compared to what we should know. It is virtually zero.” In a situation where we do not know what it is that we should know, how can we make any assumptions concerning the ratio of what we do know to what we do not know (x/? = 0). There are two types of people on earth; those who have come to earth to decipher the system, and those who have come to earth to be deciphered by the system. If you are content with the belief in the God you are familiar with, the earth is still large enough for you and you are not yet weary of it, you are in the group that has already deciphered the system or has come here to be deciphered. You do not need to ascend to the skies in order to solve the divine puzzle. Please, don’t even bother! Aydın TÜRKGÜCÜ |
